Welcome to the summer term!

Hello everyone, I hope you've had a good break and enjoyed the sunshine as much as I have. Let's hope it continues into the new term. Here is the important information that you need to know for this term:

PE days

• The children will have PE every Monday and Thursday this term so please could they wear PE kit to school on these days. Mrs Frost has agreed that Hawk Owls can wear their leaver's hoodies on PE days this term. 
• Monday PE will be cricket with Mr Pearce and Miss Wells will be teaching Rounders on a Thursday.

Warm weather, sunscreen and water!

• As we approach the warmer months, please make sure that children have a water bottle with them every day. Sunscreen should be applied in the morning before children come to school or alternatively, they can bring it with them and apply it themselves.

SATs and Homework

• SATs week this year will begin on Monday 11th May.
• Homework will continue with Miss Wells setting it every Thursday to be returned the following Thursday.
• Mrs Pinto's homework will be set on a Friday to be returned the following Friday.
