The final term

Hello everyone, with SATs out of the way and the better weather arriving, this term should be a brilliant one for the Hawk Owls!

PE days

• The children will have PE with Mr Pearce every Monday and Thursday. Their PE slot is 9-10.30 on a Monday and 9-10 on a Thursday so please could you make sure they are in school on time so that we can get them registered and they don't miss any of their PE lesson.

Warm weather, sunscreen and water!

• As we approach the warmer months, please make sure that children have a water bottle with them every day. Sunscreen should be applied in the morning before children come to school or alternatively, they can bring it with them and apply it themselves.

The year 5/6 play - Mystery at Magpie Manor

• Important dates for your diary include - Wednesday 8th July (whole school dress rehearsal), Thursday 9th July (6.30-7.30pm performance for family and friends) and Friday 10th July (2.30-3.30pm performance for family and friends)
• Please encourage all children who have a speaking part to learn their lines asap.
• I'll be in touch with costume details shortly to give you enough time to prepare.
